During our five-night family vacation at Hotel Universo, we experienced a stay that exemplified warmth and hospitality. The hotel, family-run since 1963, maintains its inviting charm while conveniently situated near the beach and local bars and restaurants. Our accommodation was comfortable, with impeccable cleanliness throughout. Breakfast offered a delightful selection, with fresh fruits, juices, and a range of egg dishes, which my sons particularly enjoyed. As a food enthusiast, I appreciated the effort to include gluten-free options, enhancing our dining experience. The private garden provided a nice alternative for relaxation when the beach saw too much wind. Each family member received their own sunbed and umbrella, making beach days effortless. the hotel staff, especially Ms. Carlotta and Max, ensured we felt valued and well taken care of during our stay. Our trips to nearby attractions, like Caribe Bay, and access to biking pathways kept us engaged. Hotel Universo is a commendable choice for families seeking a relaxing holiday while enjoying diverse activities. We look forward to visiting again.
